Ola Sage Inducted into the Montgomery County Business Hall of Fame

Silver Spring, MD – October 29, 2014 –e-Management announced that its Founder & CEO Ola Sage will be inducted into the Montgomery County Business Hall of Fame (MCBHOF). The official ceremony will take place today at 11:30 a.m. at the Universities at Shady Grove (USG). Grossberg Company LLP and Monument Bank co-founded the MCBHOF as “a celebration of people who have made a real impact on the Montgomery County business community.”

“This is an incredible once in a life time experience that means so much to me as a small business owner,” says Ms. Sage. “I started e-Management 15 years ago in Montgomery County and have been blessed to work with an incredible team of top notch IT professionals who are key to our company’s success. I have a strong commitment to the county, hosting most of our company’s special events here. In addition, our employees actively participate in charitable events that support the county. We also believe in paying forward for the next generation of IT professionals and I’m proud that we’ve established multiple year scholarships with the University of Maryland, and most recently the Universities at Shady Grove to advance Montgomery County students’ professional aspirations.”

In addition to Ms. Sage, other 2014 honorees include: Mark Choe, Owner of Mark’s Kitchen Restaurant; David Reznick, Co-founder of CohnReznick LLP; Annie Totah, Founder & President of AST Partnership for Brighter Tomorrows; and Dottie Fitzgerald, Vice President of Fitzgerald Auto Mall. Chancellor William E. Kirwan of the University System of Maryland will act as keynote speaker.

Sage, the first black female CEO inducted into the MCBHOF, joins a distinguished group of business leaders in Montgomery County that include former retired Chairman and CEO of Lockheed Martin, Norman “Norm” Augustine; Executive Chairman and Chairman of the Board of Marriott International, Inc., J Willard Marriot, Jr.; president of AQUAS Inc., Carmen Ortiz Larsen; and retired founder and CEO of Quality Biological, Inc., Sol Graham, among others.
